I am writing to express support for Tyler Burke and his company. Members of the developmental disabilities community in Ohio began working with Tyler to develop ProviderGuidePlus.com in 2015. I was part of a committee of various stakeholders who worked with him to create this online tool for rating and reviewing service providers in Ohio. Throughout the development, launch, and ongoing maintenance of the site, Tyler has proven to be very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He is easy to work with and readily agreed to help us with the roll-out of ProviderGuidePlus.com by providing site demonstrations and presentations, answering questions from the audience. As part of his commitment to the project, he even traveled to Ohio on more than one occasion to assist in person.
